I was lucky enough to work simultaneously on three musical poles which are studio sessions for albums, television shows and FOH sound for live performances! Almost 35 years of activity brought me to assist major voices or big names of Jazz and pop music as Ray Charles, Catherine LARA, Peter GABRIEL, Phil COLLINS or more recently, DEEP FOREST I also was in charge of the sound for opening ceremony of the Football World Cup 2010 in South Africa or the NRJ MUSIC AWARDS, (opening act for the MIDEM in CANNES), for the last 3 years.

Ayant eu la chance de travailler simultanément sur les trois pôles musicaux que sont les sessions de studio, la télévision et la scène, mes bientôt 35 ans d’activité m’ont amenés à assister de grands noms de la chanson, du Jazz ou de la musique pop comme Ray CHARLES, Catherine LARA, Peter GABRIEL, Phil COLLINS ou plus récemment, Deep Forest, aussi bien que de grands évênements comme la Coupe du Monde de Football 2010 en Afrique du Sud ou les 3 dernières éditions des NRJ MUSIC AWARDS en ouverture du MIDEM à CANNES

Bienvenue au studio de Pierre Jacquot.

Located in Versailles (France), the control rooms of both studios have been designed to match with Pierre JACQUOT’s activity. This famous Sound Engineer and Mixer works in the field of recording, mixing, mastering and now in e-mastering for almost 35 years. As FOH Mixer, he went through most of the international stages beside world known artists.

Situées à Versailles, les cabines des deux studios ont été conçues autour de l’activité de Pierre JACQUOT, ingénieur du son et mixeur, dans le domaine de l’enregistrement, du mixage, du mastering et désormais de l’e-mastering depuis bientôt 35 ans. En tant que sonorisateur, Pierre a également parcouru les scènes du monde entier aux côtés d’artistes de renommée internationale.

Born on august 9 th, 1958, I made my very first steps in England, (I speak both English and French). Studying classical piano, I first planned to be a musical arranger.
Very attracted by the technical aspect of recording, I finally decided to become a sound engineer for recording, live music and a record producer.

Né le 9 août 1958, un petit bout d’enfance en Angleterre, (je suis bilingue), j’ai une formation de pianiste classique. Je me suis d’abord destiné au métier d’arrangeur.
Passionné par l’aspect technique des enregistrements, je me suis très vite orienté vers les carrières d’ingénieur du son, de sonorisateur et de réalisateur de disques.

That’s what I started to be… thirty five years ago!

C’est comme ça que j’ai commencé… Il y a maintenant 35 ans!
